Additional, for your documents, you get a bill to every order.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, you are allowed to resend it within 14 days after receive. The shipping costs for this have to payed by the customers. Please note that we only will take back original wrapped and unopend articles. We also could only take back articles with a not reached experation date.
